For entities that choose to use the Tennessee Education Broadband Consortium (TEBC) State Master Contract(s) as the procurement vehicle for their E-Rate Category 1/Category 2 applications, a mini-bid process must be conducted among all awarded vendors that can provide the product category being requested. TEBC Mini-Bid Process

Step 1

Create Service/Equiptment List.

Step 2

Create Cover Email to all awarded vendors in product category.

Step 3

Filter TEBC Vendor Listing by product category for awarded vendors' contact email. You must send your mini-bid to all awarded vendors that sell the product category you are looking to purchase.

Step 4

Conduct mini-bid evaluation.

Step 5

Email winning vendor.

Step 6

Request SMC Order Form from vendor.
